As an ESG Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainability initiatives for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of comprehensive ESG strategies aligned with regulatory requirements and international standards.
  • Overseeing the publication of sustainability reports and presenting progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Keeping abreast of evolving ESG legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives and serve as the primary point of contact for ESG-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, economics, sustainability, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ESG management, sustainability reporting, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in project management, with experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Expertise in sustainability reporting frameworks such as CSRD, GRI, SBTi, and knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • Strong understanding of climate policy and its implications for businesses.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
